Customize your forms

1. Go to List>Templates>Find your template and right click on it>
2. Choose Edit>or Double Click
3. The first screen is where you can Customize what information displays for your company, use a logo and more. Click Change Font, Apply Color Scheme, Update Information.
4. Click on the Additional Customization to Make Changes to the Header, Columns, Footer and some print functions
5. Click on the Layout Designer to move the placement of data
6. In the Layout Designer click on the area you want to edit and click on the properties box in the upper left to change things such as font, alignment, borders and background
7. Also in the Layout Designer click on the Add drop down to add a text field, image or a data field
8. You can "Define" fields to add more choices to the Data Fields you can add, search the Quick Books Help menu for "Define Fields" for detailed instructions.
