Online banking or online credit card download not working

Did you recently upgrade?



Please try these solutions and let us know if either work for you

1. Click Ctrl+A>right click the account and choose Edit>click the Online services tab and deactive the online services.  Then (you may have to close and reopen QB) set up the online services again and try to access.

2. Set up a new bank account and try to download.  If this works then you can merge this "new" account with the old account.

  1. Thanks for your lead on this issue. I did the first part, but for the second part, please explain how do you merge the 2 bank accounts?

  2. To Merge 2 bank accounts (or any other account) you need to name the account that you want to merge EXACTLY as the account you are keeping and QuickBooks will prompt you asking if you want to merge the 2 accounts.

    As always you should take a backup first and make sure it is a good backup before you make this change in case of error.

    This action CANNOT be undone.
